1. Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych są Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Gdańsku przy ul. Jana z Kolna 11, 80-864 Gdańsk (zwaną dalej „Administratorem”).
2. Administrator wyznaczył Inspektora Ochrony Danych, z którym można się skontaktować w sprawach dotyczących ochrony danych osobowych pod adresem e-mail : iod@pej.pl oraz pisemnie na adres: Al. Jerozolimskie 132/136, 02-305 Warszawie.
3. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celu:
a) rejestracji i obsługi konta w serwisie – podstawą prawną jest niezbędność przetwarzania do wykonania umowy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit b) RODO);
b) ewentualnego ustalenia, dochodzenia roszczeń lub obrony przed roszczeniami – podstawą prawną przetwarzania jest prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit f) RODO); prawnie uzasadniony interes polega na dochodzeniu i ochronie swoich praw przez Administratora;
4. Dane osobowe będą przekazywane podmiotom świadczącym na rzecz Administratora usługi niezbędne do wykonania umowy, takie jak usługi IT, księgowe czy prawne.
5. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez okres niezbędny do wykonania umowy. Okres przetwarzania może zostać każdorazowo przedłużony o okres przedawnienia roszczeń, jeżeli przetwarzanie danych osobowych będzie niezbędne dla dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń lub obrony przed takimi roszczeniami przez Administratora. Po tym okresie dane osobowe będą przetwarzane jedynie w zakresie i przez okres wynikający z przepisów prawa, w szczególności przepisów o rachunkowości.
6. Pani/Pana dane osobowe, co do zasady nie będą przekazywane poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy (dalej: „EOG“). Jednakże, w związku z korzystaniem przez nas bądź przez naszych kontrahentów – np. dostawców usług prawnych, podatkowych czy audytowych – z nowoczesnych technologii, takich jak np. usługi chmurowe, Pani/Pana dane osobowe mogą być przekazywane do państw spoza EOG. W każdym takim wypadku stosujemy odpowiednie zabezpieczenia, w tym np. standardowe klauzule ochrony danych przyjęte na mocy decyzji Komisji Europejskiej.
7. Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo do uzyskania kopii wskazanych zabezpieczeń dotyczących przekazywania danych osobowych – aby je uzyskać należy skontaktować się drogą elektroniczną z Inspektorem Ochrony Danych na adres: iod@pej.pl lub na adres korespondencyjny IOD.
8. Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo do dostępu do swoich danych oraz otrzymania ich kopii, sprostowania (poprawiania) swoich danych, usunięcia, ograniczenia przenoszenia lub wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec ich przetwarzania, chyba że Administrator będzie w stanie wykazać, istniejące ważne, prawnie uzasadnione podstawy, które są nadrzędne wobec Pani/Pana interesów, praw i wolności lub dane te będą niezbędne do ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony roszczeń. 9. Podanie danych jest niezbędne do założenia konta i korzystania z jego funkcjonalności. Brak podania danych uniemożliwia założenie konta.
10. Nie będziemy wykorzystywać Pani/Pana danych w procesach zautomatyzowanego podejmowania decyzji oraz profilowania.

1. The
Controller of your personal data is Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe sp. z o.o. with
its registered office in Gdańsk, at ul. Jana z Kolna 11, 80-864 Gdańsk
(hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).
2. The
Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted in
matters concerning personal data protection at the e-mail address: iod@pej.pl,
and in writing to the following address: Al. Jerozolimskie 132/136, 02-305
Warsaw.
3. Personal
data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) registering
and maintaining a user account on the platform – the legal basis is that
processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of
the GDPR);
b) possible
establishing, pursuing or defending against claims – the legal basis for
the processing is a legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of
the GDPR); the legitimate interest consists in the Controller’s pursuit and
protection of its rights.
4. Personal
data will be disclosed to entities that provide services to the Controller that
are necessary for the performance of the contract, such as IT, accounting, or
legal services.
5. Personal
data will be processed for the period necessary to perform the contract. In
each case, the processing period may be extended by the relevant statutory
limitation period where the processing of personal data is necessary for
pursuing or defending against potential claims by the Controller. After this
period, personal data will be processed only to the extent and for the
duration required bylaw, in particular accounting regulations.
6. In
principle, your personal data will not be transferred outside the European
Economic Area (hereinafter: “EEA”). However, in connection with the
use of modern technologies, e.g. cloud services, by us or our contractors –
such as legal, tax or audit service providers – your personal data may be
transferred to countries outside the EEA. In any such case, we apply
appropriate safeguards, including, for example, standard data protection
clauses adopted by the decision of the European Commission.
7. You have
the right to obtain a copy of the indicated safeguards for the transfer of
personal data – to obtain it, please contact the Data Protection Officer by
e-mail at iod@pej.pl or at the correspondence address of the DPO.
8. You have
the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof, rectify (correct)
your data, erase them, limit or object to their processing, unless the
Controller is able to demonstrate that there are important, legitimate grounds
that override your interests, rights and freedoms or the data will be necessary
to establish, pursue or defend claims. You also have the right to lodge a
complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data

data is required to create an account and use its features. Failure to provide
data will prevent you from creating an account.
